Currently the world is going into regular droughts, the sea’s are polluted and over fished, there’s far too much air pollution and issues with waste management. Sadly the list of errors are still rippling through our infrastructure. So what are we going to do about it? Well…lets innovate and change what we can.

Waterless Limited’s Ethos has always been to provide solutions to the way in which we bathe, but as a family company, we are very eco-conscious and love our animals. That’s why all our products are Vegan friendly, endorsed by the Nature Watch Foundation and we use recycled plastic where possible.

Be wary of pitfalls – Did you know that “designed in the UK” and “formulated in the UK” does not mean “made in the UK”. If you want to reduce your CO2 which is one of the biggest factors in climate change, then you need a smaller circular economy. Look for companies that are transparent in their buying and making. For example Nilaqua sources over 98% of our raw materials from the UK, closing that CO2 gap and use as many natural ingredients as possible averaging at 92% natural.

Our Towel Off Body Wash replaces the need for wet wipes is dermatological tested and paraben free. Saving a minimum of 48 body cloths per bottle. Reduce manual handling risks, promote a stress free dignified environment and laundry costs as bedding would not need to be changed as often. Also with the non drip foam technology our body wash costs just £0.44 per wash and one 200ml bottle is the equivalent of 8 body cleansing wipes!

The Towel Off Shampoo is aerosol free and a 200ml bottle is the equivalent of 5 single use plastic shampoo caps. Not only being cost effective at just £0.75 per wash but also reducing plastic waste!

Introducing the World’s First Biodegradable Shampoo Wrap

We decided to go one step further and spent the last year developing and inventing the next generation in eco patient care, not only reducing plastic waste but cutting costs in healthcare. This environmentally friendly alternative is entirely crafted from biodegradable materials, yet retains the convenience and effectiveness of traditional shampoo caps while addressing the environmental concerns.

With the NHS estimated to use 300,000 traditional shampoo caps each year, the Nilaqua Shampoo Wrap could substantially reduce the millions of tonnes of single-use plastic waste generated each year.
